SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective September 8, 2026. These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the Blu Petroleum transactional text messaging program.
Program Description
After you provide separate express consent, Blu Petroleum may send recurring transactional text messages about your account, orders, deliveries, invoices, payments, and support requests. The program does not include marketing or promotional messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or portal access.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on the Blu Petroleum Customer Portal registration page or another Blu Petroleum consent form that displays the applicable disclosure. Providing a telephone number without separately checking the consent box does not enroll you in the program.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on account and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Blu Petroleum does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any Blu Petroleum text message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may reply START to resubscribe where supported or provide new consent through an approved Blu Petroleum opt-in method.

Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Blu Petroleum at customerservice@blupetroleum.com or (847) 566-5536. Replying STOP affects SMS messages only; Blu Petroleum may continue necessary account communications through email, telephone, mail, or the portal.
Delivery and Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The program may not be available through every carrier or device.
Privacy
Blu Petroleum does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information solely as needed to operate the program. See the Privacy Policy available through the site footer for more information.
Changes to the Program
Blu Petroleum may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. If required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
